Find the drainage problem
Overflow does not always mean the gutters need replacement. The inspection should consider debris, slope, joints, hangers, downspouts, and where water discharges. Note where water spills during rain, from a safe location on the ground.
Decide what to repair
A repair scope can identify specific leaking joints or loose sections. Ask whether nearby fascia damage or drainage changes also need attention and whether those items are included in the price.
